Based off of a small acoustic pattern I'd written a few years earlier, I expanded upon it and made it a cute little ambient segue out from the high-energy, in your face song The Good Trip, into the mellow, ominous, and much more toned down and thoughtful Pendulum. Also, the title is for anyone who's ever been to a little site known as Smogon University. I thought it'd be cool to name the song people in that little, but emphatic community would see and go "Hey, this guy knows about the ChestoRest moveset!"
